United McGill is a family-owned business founded in 1951. With headquarters in Columbus, OH, we have a nationwide team of about 140 Associates. We operate six manufacturing plants and sales engineering offices throughout the United States. The Company has five operating subsidiaries, and each has been active for decades.

 

The Associate will provide secretarial /administrative support for the Purchasing & Manufacturing department: Duties include but not limited to:

  • Input/process P.O.s
  • Process invoices/mail
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Preparing typewritten documents
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Other clerical duties as requested

 

 

This position is full time (40 hours per week Mon. through Fri.) and located in Columbus, OH.

 

Qualifications include:

  • Relevant education beyond high school;
  • Intermediate knowledge working with Word & Excel;
  • Detailed oriented
  • Prior purchasing experience in manufacturing setting;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
