Description

McGill AirFlow, a subsidiary of United McGill, is one of the country’s leading suppliers to contractors of commercial and industrial sheet metal ductwork with an extensive line of round, flat oval, and rectangular ductwork and related items, such as acoustical products and sealants. We have five plants nationwide.

 

Working out of a home sales office near Reading PA, the individual will support the sales personnel in TX and IA. Duties include but not limited to:

                    Obtain plans and specifications for bidding opportunities, study and understand them,
                    Make material takeoffs for sheet metal duct work from construction drawings,
                    Price the products with computer software
                    Prepare proposals.
 

Qualifications includes

                 A two-year associate’s degree in engineering technology, or the like,
                Sales support experience in the construction industry
                Ability to read and use detailed engineering drawings and making accurate takeoffs.
                 Knowledge of AutoCAD is helpful.
